So what makes Axholme Interiors different? Designing for showhomes is a totally different process to designing for any other field. A showhome is a vital marketing tool and can have a big effect on the saleability of your product. Showhomes hint at a lifestyle for you prospective purchaser and must give all the right signals.

Furthermore, ideally a show home must be all things to all people. A wide range of different units might be sold from one showhome, therefore that Showhome must be attractive to young professionals, growing families, empty nesters & any other category of potential customer that may cross the threshold.
  Of course, taste is a very personal thing and it would be impossible to appeal equally to all viewers, but if all your visitors feel comfortable in your showhome, the fact that some may not really go for that colour suite will not adversely affect their overall impression.

We believe we can offer something that you may not get from other larger suppliers. Our long relationship with the house building trade means we are aware of the way building sites work – and how vital it is to develop a good relationship with the site manager. The fact that we are a small independent company means that, when your site manager calls to request some information, he won’t get shunted through half a dozen different telephone extensions before he finds the person he needs to speak to. Site managers are busy people, they don’t have time to chase decorating schedules - and nor should they have to.

Our presentations can be tailored to your own requirements, including as little or as much detail as you wish. Furnishing styles are chosen to accommodate the design brief, local knowledge & market research. All designs are individually created – we don’t work to a pre-set formula. Any corporate  preferences are taken into account, e.g. demonstrating the position of TV points, using wallpaper in main rooms, or paining throughout.

All furniture & sites are standard sizes unless otherwise requested. Our suppliers are well known designers – Romo. Villa Nova, Brian Yates, Osborne & Little, Harlequin, Wilman to name but a few among fabric and wall covering suppliers. For carpets & floor coverings we have Axminster, Westex, Ulster, Kingsmead & Novillon.

We also pride ourselves in using a realistic furniture layout policy. We are not showcasing our product but helping to market yours – furniture should be positioned for maximum aesthetic appeal and lifestyle also. We can furnish and dress the whole of the house or just carpet & curtain a view home. We can re-use your existing furniture if required, or provide new from our wide range of suppliers.

The style can be modern, contemporary, traditional or somewhere in between! We are happy for you to have as much involvement as you would like or the whole installation can be left to our Designers to scheme from your brief.
